HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY?
We are very proud of our industry leading pay. Our drivers earn the highest wages in the entire FedEx Contractor network.Â
Each Delivery Position has a different pay structure. (for example: AVP drivers driving their personal vehicles earn higher pay rates than regular delivery drivers do.)Â Please contact us for further information regarding wages for the position you are seeking.
DO YOU HAVE ANYÂ PART-TIME OR SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE?
Absolutely! We require that all employees work at least two fixed/set days per week. We employ many seasonal employees that have other jobs such as landscapers, teachers, tax preparation professionals, and etc. We cannot run a great company without great people: We welcome any "great individual" to join our team!

I DON'T HAVE ANY DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?
Absolutely! We have a unique training program that will prepare you for a long career with us. Our unique, hybrid training system encompasses online learning modules, Road & Range driving courses, and "in-the-feild" training with a 'qualified observer'.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our company headquarters are located in Bellmawr, New Jersey. Employees will report to, and work out of, the FedEx Terminal located in Barrington, NJ
